Thank you for choosing Forever In Fur to create a lasting memorial for your beloved pet. We understand the deep emotional significance of these items, and we are committed to crafting a beautiful, high-quality product that honors your companion.

Each product we create is a unique, personalized piece, crafted with care using the photo you provide. Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, our return and refund policy reflects this custom nature.

Our "Made-to-Order" Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed and enters production, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. These items are created on-demand for you and your pet and hold no resale value. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we cannot accept returns for change of mind, we stand by the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives with a clear defect, is damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

This includes:

  • A significant manufacturing flaw (e.g., a major printing error, incorrect stitching).

  • Damage sustained during shipping (e.g., broken mug, torn canvas).

  • You received a completely different item than you ordered.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email our support team at support@foreverinfur.com.

  3. In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • Clear photos showing the damage or defect. For shipping damage, please include a photo of the packaging as well.

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be produced and sent to you at no additional cost. We do not require you to return the damaged or defective item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within [12 hours] of placing it. After this window, your order enters our production queue, and the personalization process begins. Once in production, we can no longer make changes or cancel the order.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@foreverinfur.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Important: Photo Quality

The quality of the final print is directly dependent on the quality of the photo you provide. We are not responsible for poor product outcomes resulting from low-resolution, blurry, dark, or otherwise poor-quality images supplied by the customer.

Please review our photo guidelines before uploading your image to ensure the best possible result. We do our best to catch potential issues, but we cannot guarantee the final quality if the original image is not suitable for printing. No refunds or free replacements will be issued for poor quality prints due to a low-quality source image.
